Independent living housing across Georgia
Our Housing

Shared homes. Private Rooms. Real stability.

Each H.O.P.E. residence is a well-kept home in a Georgia neighborhood, designed for adults who want their own space and the everyday peace of shared living done right.

Housing Overview

What you can expect from a H.O.P.E. home.

Our residences are shared independent living homes, typically single-family houses with private bedrooms and shared common areas. Homes are furnished, utilities are included, and house standards are clearly written and consistently upheld.

We do not run dormitories, barracks, or institutional facilities. Each home is meant to feel like a home, quiet, comfortable, and built around the people living there.

Shared Living Guidelines

How good homes stay good.

Shared living works best when expectations are clear from day one. These are the everyday habits we ask every resident to bring with them.

Respect Privacy

Knock before entering shared spaces in use. Treat closed doors as closed doors.

Clean As You Go

Dishes, counters, and shared bathrooms get tidied after each use.

Be a Good Neighbor

Keep voices, music, and visitors at a level the whole house can live with.

Communicate Early

Small issues become big ones when they go unspoken. Talk to the coordinator.

Guests by Agreement

Visitors are welcome within house policy. Overnight stays require approval.

Safety Is Shared

Lock doors, report concerns, and look out for one another.

Housing FAQs

Answers to the questions we hear most.
